Access to the area of St-Martin-De-Belleville, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Orelle, Meribel, Courchevel : over 600 kilometers of slopes.

Description

Includes: - 6 rooms in total: - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bunk bed - a chair and a cot. Each bed has a duvet and a pillow (linens provided) - 4 bathrooms (3 with WC) - 1 WC - 1 living room with a wood stove, color TV with VCR and satellite dish. - A kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hotplates, freezer, raclette and fondue and all the cookware. - A laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and boot dryer. Relaxation area with sauna, shower with massage jets Jacuzzi, fridge - a garage and 4 parking spaces.
The chalet is equipped with an oil fired central heating. Sheets provided for weekly rentals. Pets allowed. Checks accepted.
Delivery of bread and pastries at the cottage on request. Additional services, custom, before the arrival date: maid service during your stay, home delivery (flowers, food shopping etc ...), service "chef". Provision to request on-site massage and relaxation.
Rental is from Saturday 16 am to 9 pm Saturday. Downhill runs at 1.5 km. Ski cross-country skiing 0.5 km. Commercial for 2.8 kms (Les Menuires), free shuttle linking Les Menuires at 50 meters from the chalet.

Rates and availability

Security deposit or a deposit of 600 € will be requested upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded the day of departure. The local tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, amounts to € 0.99 per night per person over 18 years is required upon arrival.
Water: € 6,80 per m3. Electricity: € 0.30 kw (about 100 € + electricity water for normal use, and a week for 16 people). Final cleaning: € 175.
